摘要
通过室内对比实验,找出了磁感应强度、磁化时间及循环速度对膨润土浆流变性能的影响规律。实验结果表明,磁化处理能有效降低膨润土浆的粘度和切力,影响幅度约为15%~35%。从三个方面探讨了磁化降粘切的作用机理。
According to the lab comparison tests,the influence rules of magnetic induction intensity,magnetization time and circulating velocity on the rheology of magnetized bentonite muds are found out.The results show that magnetization treatment can be effective to reduce viscosity and shear stress of the bentonite muds by 15% ̄35%.The paper discusses the mechanisms from 3 aspects.
