摘要
在经济全球化的21世纪,人们越来越多地利用网络进行交流。数字音乐的出现,给人们的生活带来极大的便利,然而我们对其知识产权的保护却没有给予足够的重视,数字音乐版权的问题一直困扰着数字音乐的发展。从我国对数字音乐版权保护的障碍入手,分析我国应如何应对,从而有效地保护版权人合法享有的权利问题。
With economic globalization in the 21 st century, Internet is being more and more widely used for communication. The emergence of digital music brings much convenience to people＇s lives. However, the protection of digital music＇ s intellectual property has failed to attract sufficient attention. The issue of digital music copyright has been hindering the development of digital music. This paper explains the obstacles to protecting the copyright of digital music in China and analyses how to deal with and protect the copyrighters＇ legal rights.
