摘要
城乡协调发展,是和谐社会的重要标志,也是构建和谐社会的关键所在。城乡差距的不断拉大,不管是对于"和谐"还是"发展",都构成巨大威胁。因此,构建社会主义和谐社会必须重视城乡之间的协调发展,尽快建立或完善城乡统一的行政管理体制、覆盖城乡居民的公共服务保障体制、城乡统一的户籍制度和农民有序政治参与制度,形成城乡协调发展的长效机制。
The ever - widening gap between the urban and rural areas, whether for ＂harmony＂ or ＂ development＂ constitutes a great threat, or even a current social instability triggered one of the important factors. Therefore, building a socialist harmonious society must attach importance to the coordinated development between urban and rural areas, the coordinated development of urban and rural areas to establish a long - term mechanism.
