摘要
农村劳动力结构的变化,使农村女性成为农业生产的主力军、家庭教育的主要承担者和基层民主的主要参加者。但是,由于历史和现实的原因,农村女性的自身素质与新农村建设的要求还有一定的距离。要发挥农村女性在新农村建设中的作用,必须充分挖掘和开发农村女性人力资源,这是新农村建设的基础性工程,也是新农村建设的系统工程。
Because of the structural change of rural labor force, the rural women become the main force of agricultural production,the main undertaker of family education and the main participant of grass-roots democracy. However,due to historical and practical reasons, the self-quality of rural women can not meet the requirements of new countryside construction. We should fully develop the countryside women＇s human resources and play their role in new countryside construction, which is not only the basic project but also the system engineering.
