摘要
随着生产模式的转变,加工中心在内燃机制造业中的配备数量日趋增多,尤其是用于汽油机、柴油机中的缸体、缸盖等复杂零件的加工过程。利用机床随机量仪的在机测量功能对刀具、工件、夹具等的检测和补偿,能有效地提升工件的制造质量和工序质量。文中例举和分析了来自生产实际的典型示例,从不同的角度反映了这种在机检测功能的有效性。
With the change of production mode, machining center has been widely used in internal combustion engine manufacturing industry, especially in manufacturing of complex cylinder block and head. How to use built-in measurement of machining center to inspect and compensate tooling and jig is discussed to effectively upgrade manufacturing quality and process station quality. The effectiveness of such built-in measurement is demonstrated from different aspects through, analysis of practical examples in production.
