摘要
我国现行区域政策的监督管理机构设置不完善,区域管理机构设置采用的是一种分立的职能部门模式,各部门间缺乏必要的沟通与协调,从而使区域政策的效应难以得到有效发挥。本文从制度经济学的视角进行相关分析,并提出了相应解决方式。
The establishment of supervision and administration institutions about present regional policy in our country is imperfect, and the establishment of local administrative institutions is adopted a kind of separation functional department pattern, as well as each of departments lacks needed communication and coordination, thereby the effect of regional policy is difficultly and effectively played. The article made a correlation analysis from the perspective of institutional economics, and presented the ways and channels of solving these problems.
