摘要
跨国资本作为广东省市场的重要参与者,在广东省市场中占有重要地位。本文就跨国资本对广东省产业集中效应进行了实证分析,指出跨国资本的进入与广东省产业集中度呈正相关,但正相关效应尚不显著。在市场结构表现为低集中、分散竞争的状态下,促使跨国公司对广东省的投资可作为实现市场适度集中的重要举措之一。
Owing to the importantly participate in of transnational capital in Guangdong market, it has come to occupy an important position in the market of Guangdong. This paper has analyzed the effects of transnational capital to Guangdong＇s industry by demonstration, and draw a conclusion that the entry of transnational capital has positive correlation with industrial concentration degree in Guangdong, but the positive correlation effect is not notable. Under the circumstances of low - concentration and dispersing competition of market structure, it can be one of important actions to concentrate the market properly to promote the ＂INCa＇ investment to Guangdong.
