摘要
合理的怀疑是有事实的根据或者有现实的根据的怀疑。合理的怀疑具有根据性、实践性、辩证性、中介性、知识性和顺序性。合理的怀疑与怀疑主义的区别在于:怀疑的根据、怀疑的目的、怀疑的结论、怀疑的辩证性、怀疑理由的可消除性和怀疑的语境的不同。正确地认识合理的怀疑,有助于我们弘扬怀疑精神,批判怀疑主义。
Reasonable doubt is a doubt that bases itself on facts or realistic reasons. It is reasonable, practical, dialectical, intermediary, sciential and well-ordered. It differs from skeptical doubt in reason, purpose, conclusion, dialectic, reason elimination, and context. A correct understanding of reasonable doubt helps us to carry forward the spirit of doubt and criticize skepticism.
