摘要
以天然矿物煤矸石为原料,在水热体系中合成了ZSM-35沸石,利用XRD、SEM、IR及CO加氢合成低碳烯烃反应,对沸石产品的结构及性能进行了测试。结果表明,利用煤矸石合成的ZSM-35沸石与化工原料合成的ZSM-35沸石类似,均具有良好的结晶度和CO+H2催化性能。
Zeolite ZSM35 was synthesized with high crystallinity by using coal gangue,a natural mineral of kaolinite type,as a raw material in a hydrothermal systemThe asmade ZSM35 samples were identified by means of XRD,SEM and IR,and the results showed that the samples had as excellent physical properties as those of ZSM35 prepared with chemical reagentsThe catalytic properties were characterized in the reaction of CO hydrogenation for making light olefins,with a CO conversion rate of 616% and a selectivity for C2~C4 olefins of 103%
