摘要 论述了全开水电热开水器的结构和工作过程,给出了全开水电热开水器的原理框图,设计了温度检测和控制电路、液位检测和控制电路、漏电检测和控制电路,系统通过漏电保护和限压阀保证系统的安全,做到了生水与开水完全隔开,保证饮用者接到的是全开水。系统通过单片机进行控制,具有自动测温、控温、控水、缺水断电保护、漏电保护和节能等功能。 The structure and work process of the entire boiling water brated. And givened the electric heating were elafunctional block diagram,designed the temperature detect and the control circuits, the fluid position detect and control circuits, the leakage detect and control circuit. The security of this system has been guaranteed by leakage protecting and pressurelimiting valve protecting. the unboiled water and the boiling water were separated completely, that guaranteed the entire boiling water to people. The system was controled by the MCU, has many functions of the automatic temperature detecting,warm controling, water given controling, water scarcity protecting, leakage protection and energy saving.
