摘要
针对平面槽凸轮的加工问题,根据修正正弦曲线的运动规律,推导出摆角与转角之间的关系式,计算出曲线上各点的极坐标,进行数控加工程序的编制,利用立式加工中心加工出合格的平面槽凸轮曲线。
Aimed at the manufacturing of grooved cam, according to the law of motion of the correction sine curve, the relation between tilt angle and turning angle is deduced in the paper. The polar coordinate of each point in the curve is calculated to make the CNC working program. Vertical machining center is used to manufacture the qualified curve of plane grooved cam.
