摘要
目的探讨独眼白内障手术的可行性。方法分析21例独眼白内障患者进行白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入手术。结果术后视力均有提高,脱残率76.19%,脱盲率100%。主要并发症有角膜水肿、后囊膜破裂、术后葡萄膜炎性反应及瞳孔变形等。结论只要对独眼白内障患者采取认真、稳妥、负责的态度,制定个性化手术方案,手术是安全有效的。
Objective To study the feasibility of unique eye cataract surgery. Methods 21 eases of unique eye cataract accepted ECCE or phaeoemulsifieation and PC-IOL implantation. Results All of the 21 eases had a better final visual acuity. The best corrected visual acuity was better than 0.3 accounted for 76.19%, the rate of visual acuity better than 0.05 is 100%1 The main complications of surgery are cornea edema, posterior capsule rupture, uveitis, pupil irregular, et al. Conclusion Cataract surgery and IOL implantation is safe and effective for unique eye cataract under earnest and responsible attitude towards patients and formulate individual surgery.
