摘要
针对动力锂离子电池数量众多、不易管理等问题,设计了基于RS485总线多横向均充管理系统。为避免单体电池过充电,根据目前电池管理系统的发展现状,通过构建闭环控制系统,利用单片机控制的灵活性,以模糊控制规则和三段式充电理论为基础,提出了基于分只同时均充理念的电池管理系统。试验表明,该系统实现了对单体电池的有效保护。
For the difficultly managing problem of Li-ion battery because of its large quantity, the multi-transverse average charging and managing system based on RS485 bus was designed. In order to avoid the overcharge of single cell, the battery managing system based on the simultaneous averaging charging conception of single cell on the basis of fuzzy control rule and 3-staged charging theory with the flexibility of single chip microcomputer control through constructing the close-loop control system according to the developing status of battery management system. The effective protection for single cell was achieved by the test.
