摘要
目的探讨大学生寻求专业心理援助的影响因素,为提高大学生的心理求助意识和改进心理咨询工作提供依据。方法对9所高校572名在校大学生进行问卷调查。问卷的编制参考心理健康控制源问卷、心理治疗看法量表、处理心理问题的自我效能问卷、作为心理咨询当事人的自我效能问卷。结果大学生对心理学的接纳程度越高,处理心理问题的自我效能越低;作为咨询当事人的自我效能越高,对咨询师的评价越高的个体,求助意愿越强烈,越倾向于寻求专业心理援助(P值均<0.05)。结论对心理学的接纳程度、处理心理问题的自我效能、作为咨询当事人的自我效能和对咨询师的评价是影响大学生寻求专业心理援助的主要因素。
Objective To explore the influencing factors to professional help-seeking among undergraduates, and to provide evidence for raising the aware hess of psychological help-seeking and improving the counseling service. Methods A questionnaire was administered to 572 under-graduates from 9 universities. The compilation of the questionnaire had referenced the Locus of Mental Health Scale, the Thoughts about Psychotherapy Survey, the Questionnaire of Handle Psychological Problem Efficacy, and the Questionnaire of Counseling Client Behavior Efficacy. Results A-mong the undergraduates, the higher acceptance of psychology, the lower efficacy of psychological problem handling did they have. The higher evaluation to the counselor, the higher desire to the help-seeking did the undergraduates have, and they had more positive attitude to professional psychological help. Conclusion The key factors to undergraduates' professional psychological help-seeking are the acceptance of psychology, efficacy of psychological problem handling, the efficaey of counseling client behavior and the evaluation of the counselor.
