摘要
运用弹性力学与塑性力学理论,对常用弯管工艺过程进行受力分析。根据分析结果,对手动或机械弯管设备、弯管工艺参数以及弯管质量进行工艺分析。为改进弯管设备、改善弯管工艺参数和提高弯管质量提供基础理论上的支持。
The force with process of bending pipe has been quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed in the theories of elasticity mechanics and plasticity mechanics. With this result of analyzing the bender, the process of bending and quality of bended pipe were analyzed with technology . The help in basic theory is provided for improving bender , bending process and the quality of bended pipe.
