摘要
文章以汽车覆盖件拉延模设计流程为例,介绍CATIA在三维模具设计过程中的应用。在模具设计的不同阶段,会应用到CATIA的不同模块,文中主要介绍了零件设计、曲面设计及装配设计三个模块。针对模具设计过程中的不同要求,充分利用CATIA所提供的各种功能,以简化、优化人工设计操作,使汽车覆盖件三维模具设计过程更加便捷、高效、实用。
As a typical case, the design procedure of automobile covering parts stretch mould is introduced in the article to present the application of CATIA in the procedure of the 3D mould design. In different steps of the mould design, different modules of CATIA will be used. In this article, parts design, curve design and assembling design these three modules are introduced. For the different requirement of the different procedure in the mould design, several functions of CATIA are taken full advantage of to simplify and optimize the operation of the manual design. It makes the design procedure of automobile covering parts stretch mould more convenient, efficient and practical.
