摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声对下肢深静脉血栓的价值。方法:对37例下肢深静脉血栓(Deep venous thrombosis,DVT)患者常规行二维彩色多普勒血流检测。结果:左下肢DVT27例,右下肢9例,下肢深静脉各段均可形成血栓。结论:彩色多普勒超声检测DVT具有无创、安全、准确及可复性等优点,可作为诊断DVT的首选。
Objective： To explore the value of color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） in detection of deep venous thrombosis of the lower linbs.Methods： 37 patients of deep venous thrombosis of the lower linbs, were examined by 2D CDFI. Results： Left lower limbs venous thrombosis were detected in 27 patients, right in 9 patients. Deep venous thrombosis could be found in every venous segment of the crura. Conclusion： CDFI is a non-invasive、 safe、 accurate and repeatable way for diagnosing DVT.
