叶面喷施丙三醇对韭菜硝酸盐含量的影响 被引量:13

摘要 为获得降低硝酸盐累积的调控技术,促进无公害蔬菜的生产,对韭菜叶面喷施甲醇、丙三醇、葡萄糖、尿素和二氧化碳气肥,研究其对硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明,1.0%的丙三醇溶液能明显降低硝酸盐的累积,降幅可达14.29%-21.90%,喷施6.0%尿素使韭菜叶片中硝酸盐含量增加8.85%。1.0%丙三醇溶液处理后第3天,韭菜叶片中的硝酸还原酶活性降低24.3%,同时蛋白质、叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数Fo、Fm、qP和ETR与清水对照相比,均有不同程度的上升,增加幅度分别为27.67%、14.76%、7.55%、16.36%、7.69%、11.22%。 To obtain regulating technique of nitrate accumulation and promote non-public-hazard vegetable production,effect of decreasing nitrate accumulation were studied by means of spraying leaves in Chinese chive with propanetriol,carbinol,dextrose and carbon dioxide enrichment,and effects of carbinol,dextrose and carbon dioxide enrichment on the contents of nitratewere discussed.The results showed that the content of nitrate was reduced significantly by spraying leaves with 1.0% propanetriol,from 14.29 to 21.90%, and it was increased by 8.85% by spraying leaves with 6.0% urea.At the third day after spraying leaves with 1.0% propanetriol,then compared with the control sprayed with pure water,the content of NAR was reduced by 24.3%,but Fo,Fm,qP,ETR,and the contents of protein and chlorophyll were increased by 27.67%,14.76%,7.55%,16.36%,7.69% and 11.22%,respectively.
