摘要
本文通过对陕西省洛南古城林场油松种子园的44个家系优树自由授粉子代的测定结果表明:家系6、11、22和23的保存率达95%以上,说明有较强的适应性;生长性状方方面不同家系在生长性状上存在着显著差异,而这种差异主要受各家系的遗传基础所决定的;采用独立淘汰水平法进行选择,按树高超过对照10%,胸径超过20%,材积超过50%进行选择,兼顾其适应性、保存率不能太低等因素,最终选择16号和47号为优良家系。
Progenies with fine trees from 44 families of Chinese pine seed orchard in Gucheng forest farm, Luonan, were investigated. Result showed that family 6, family 11, family 22, and family 23 all have a higher maintenance rates, indicating a better adaptation; that growth traits of progenies have significant differences which mainly are subject to their family genetic traits. Independent Level Method was applied to select fine families with the conditions of height 10% over the contrast, DBH 20% over the contrast and volume 50% over the contrast plus good adaptation and higher maintenance rates. Finally, family 16 and family 47 were chosen to be the fine families.
