摘要
本文首次讨论了第三环境工程地质问题。根据多年工程地质勘查中所积累的经验教训，作者深感有单独提出第三环境工程地质问题这一概念的必要。与之同时，文中也举出了在大型环境工程地质勘查中应用这一观点的成功实例。此外，作者认为，进行第三环境工程地质问题的勘查与研究的人员必须具有更加丰富的经验和广泛的知识，方能取得良好效果。
This paper discusses the concept of the third problem of environmental engineering geology.This concept is suggested that we summed up a lot of experiences and serious lessons of exploratlon practices of engineering geology for many years.And then,the paper has given some examples of successfull use of the new concept.in large scale exploration of environment engineering geology.Finally,the author of this paper considers that the personnel studying the problem have to possess wide experience and extensive knowledge about engineering geology andsys tems engineering in order to make good results.
