摘要
针对粗纱锭翼的结构、制造材料与质量决定着粗纱工序的质量和效率这一现状,从分析粗纱锭翼纺纱纱疵的四种类型入手,重点分析了积花纱疵产生的原因及粗纱锭翼无纱疵纺纱机理;介绍了按此原理研发的新型CB101系列无纱疵悬锭锭翼和适用于传统锭翼改造的分体式防纱疵压掌,指出无纱疵悬锭锭翼是粗纱锭翼技术上的突破,在传统闭式悬锭锭翼上使用防纱疵压掌可消除积花纱疵、降低成本、简捷、方便。强调了锭翼粗纱通道进行周期清洗的必要性,并介绍了CB05型干式锭翼清洗机的使用及效果。
As to the fact that roving process depends on the structure,material of the roving flyer, starting with the four kinds of the fault yarn resulting from the roving flyer, highlight is given to the cause of the fault yarn resulting from the collected fly and the mechanism of faultless spinning with the roving flyer. Introduction is made to the development of the suspended faultless flyers series CB 101 on the theory and the detachable press against fault yarn for modification of the conventional flyer. Conclusion is made that the suspended faultless flyer is a breal-out of the technology of roving flyer. Application of the presser on the conventional close suspended flyer can prevent collected-fly spoiled yarn with low production cost. It is of easy access. Regular cleaning of the roving channnel is necessary and introduction is given to the dry flyer cleaner CB05 regarding the application effect.
