摘要
在良好农业操作规范(GAP)的实施过程中引入试验设计与响应面分析的方法,对影响出口高山蔬菜加工过程中质量安全的关键环节进行优化,找出最佳处理条件,可有效控制农药残留,保证出口蔬菜的质量安全。
Experimental design and RSM were introduced in good agricultural practice (GAP) implementation, the key point of quality safety in export alp vegetables processes was optimized, and obtained the optimized conditions, pesticide residue removing rates was controlled effectively, the export alp vegetables were guaranteed in quality safety.
