辣椒叶浸提液对土壤微生物数量和土壤酶活性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 从生长120d的辣椒植株上采集叶子,经风干后制成20g/L、40g/L和80g/L浓度的水浸提液,处理2叶1心的辣椒根系土壤,30d后测定辣椒根区土壤的细菌、真菌和放线菌的群落数量以及土壤脲酶和土壤过氧化氢酶活性。结果表明,辣椒叶浸提液处理后的辣椒根区土壤的脲酶活性与过氧化氢酶活性之间相关性不明显:土壤细菌与真菌数量呈正相关、与放线菌数量呈负相关,土壤真菌数量与放线菌数量呈负相关;土壤脲酶活性与土壤细菌数量、真菌数量呈正相关,与土壤放线菌数量呈负相关。土壤过氧化氢酶活性与土壤细菌数量、真菌数量呈负相关、与土壤放线菌数量呈正相关。在辣椒叶浸提液作用下,土壤中细菌、真菌有所增加,而放线菌有所减少,土壤脲酶活性和土壤过氧化氢酶活性都有所增加。 In this test,the leaves were collected from the 4-month old of capsicum seedling and made into water extraction to water the capsicum rhizosphere soil.30 days later, urease activities of the capsicum rhizosphere microbes and the soil hydrogen peroxidase were tested.The result showed that the leaf extraction could change the community structure and composition of microbes in rhizosphere soil,it increased the quantity of bacteria and fungi.Positive growth response to low concentration and negative growth response to high concentration were found in actinomyce.Soil urease activity was 16.33 NH3-Nmg/100 g after it treated with 20 g/L concentration of the leaf extraction, and significantly increased to the maximum of 49.53NH3-Nmg/100 g at 40 g/L concentration, then decreased at 80 g/L concentration, significant difference was found between different treatments. Soil hydrogen peroxidase activity was enhanced gradually with the increase of the leaf extract concentration, it sharply decreased at 80 g/L concentration, even lower than the control and no remarkable differences between the treatments. Soil hydrogen peroxidase activity had no significant correlation with soil urease activity in the test. The bacteria quantity had a positive correlation with the fungi quantity, and a negative correlation with the actinomyce quantity. The fungi quantity had a negative correlation with the actinomyce quantity. Soil urease activity had a positive correlation with the quantity of bacteria and fungi, and a negative correlation with the actinomyce quantity. Soil hydrogen peroxidase activity had a negative correlation with the quantity of bacteria and fungi, and a positive correlation with the actinomyce quantity. After watering the extraction, the quantity of bacteria and fungi were increased while that of actinomyee was decreased. The soil hydrogen peroxidase, urease activities were both enhanced.
