摘要
白山抽水蓄能电站主体工程施工期历时3年,经历了3个汛期,2005年春夏连汛,降水集中,来水特丰,同时施工进入到了关键时期,防汛与施工的矛盾非常突出。在2005年汛期施工中对水库调度进行了合理的优化,保证了工程的顺利进行。
The main works of Baishan Pumped Storage Hydropower Station is constructed for three years with three flood periods ; for which the precipitation is quite centralized with abundant inflow during the closely successive spring and summer flood period in 2005, however, the construction is just in a key period at that time, and then the contradiction between the flood control and the construction is quite prominent. The reasonable optimized operation of the reservoir during the period, which ensures the smoothly construction of the project, is described herein.
