摘要
于1985年8月-1986年12月和1991年5月-1993年11月通过对胶州湾表层海水营养盐的调查,根据Justic等(1995)建立的浮游植物生长的化学计量及可能营养盐限制因素标准,并结合海洋硅藻正常所需的Si,N,P之间的原子比,用数学统计的方法研究了胶州湾表层海水营养盐结构。结果表明,含有丰富溶解无机氮和磷的胶州湾,Si:P的值有了显著的下降,同时Si:DIN和DIN:P的值也表现出下降的趋势,使胶州湾水域营养盐结构发生了明显的变化。胶州湾由于受人类活动的影响,近年来浮游植物生长受溶解无机硅制约的可能性显著增大。
Some months' nutrients in Jiaozhou Bay in the mid-1980s and early1990s were determined. According to Justic's criteria for stoichiometric and probablenutrient liwhtations, and the atomic Si:N:P ratios of marine diatoms, we analysedextensive nutrient data sets from Jiaozhou Bay. The main results were as follows: Firstsilicon; phosphorus ratios in surface waters of Jiaozhou Bay decreased significantlyfrom the mid-1980s to the eariy 1990s, while silicon: nitrogen and nitrogen:phosphorus ratios also decreased. Secondly, the relative frequency of probable siliconlimitation in the mid-1980s was about 36.6%,but increased to about 69.6% in theeary 1990s, On the other hand, because dissolved inorganic nitrogen and phosphorusconcentrations were higher, relahve frequeny of nitrogen and phosphoms limitationsinJiaozhou bay was zero or neariy zero from the mid1980s to the eariy 1990s.Consequently, we believed that the nutrient structure in Jiaozhou Bay surface watersunderwent significant changes, and the potenhal for silicon limitahon in Jiaozhou Bayincreased..
