摘要
根据变电运行的特点和变电运行中的安全责任事故分析,提出变电运行工作安全责任的关键是人员的素质,基础是规章制度的严格执行,保障是建立健全的监督考核机制,三者确保变电运行安全生产。
This essay analyses the accident arising from negligence of safety in the transforming operation according to its features and brings forth that the key of the safe operation is the quality of the operators, the principle system must be obeyed strictly and the system of supervision and assessment must be set up soundly, which can surely guarantee the safe production of transformation.
