摘要
对某多功能标准源的可靠性试验方案进行了设计,根据不同的试验方案获得反应产品可靠性的特征指标,最大限度暴露产品的缺陷,提高产品的可靠性水平。
The test program of reliability on some multi-function standard source is designed in this paper. According to different test program, the reliability indices are obtained, the maximum exposure of product defects is made and the product reliability level is improved.
