摘要
该文介绍了喷射鼓泡烟气脱硫在工业锅炉上应用的情况。喷射鼓泡烟气脱硫工艺由石灰浆液配制系统、脱硫除尘反应系统和产物处理系统等组成。喷射鼓泡反应器（ＪＢＲ）集脱硫除尘于一体，具有气体压降小、液气比高，能达到９０％以上的脱硫率和９５％以上的除尘率等特点。ＪＢＲ脱硫系统的设备投资与运行费用低，１ｔ／ｈ锅炉的设备投资约为１．２５万元，去除１ｔＳＯ２的费用约１２５元。ＪＢＲ脱硫系统操作容易而稳定，没有结垢问题，表现出推广应用的潜力。
This paper presented the application of jet bubbling flue gas desulfurization in the industrial boilers.The desulfurization system is composed of a lime slurry compounding system,a SO 2 and fly ash removal system and a product treatment system.Jet bubbling reactor (JBR) is capable of removing both SO 2 and particulates,and has low gas pressure drop and high liquid to gas ratio.Above 90% removal of SO 2 and above 95% removal of particulates can be achieved.JBR desulfurization system has low investment and operating costs. For example,about 12500 yuan for a 1t/h boiler,and 125 yuan for removing one ton of SO 2.JBR desulfurization system has easy stable operation without scaling.It has shown the potential of application.
