摘要
目的:探讨学龄前儿童桡骨颈骨折的早期诊断与处理。方法:4例患儿均在全麻下开放整复位石膏外固定。结果:4例中无一例前臂发育畸形,肘关节伸屈和前臂旋转功能正常。结论:本法操作简单固定可靠,疗效满意,是治疗学龄前儿童桡骨颈骨折的一种值得信赖的方法。
