摘要
纳米ZnO具有良好的物理、化学性质,在压电材料、光电材料、传感器、陶瓷材料、催化材料等领域有广阔的开发应用前景.反胶簇微乳液法是一种新型的液相制备纳米微粒的方法,它利用独特的微反应器制备纳米粒子,具有工艺简单、产品分散性好、粒径可控、可以包覆不同的表面活性剂以修饰产品等性能.重点介绍了微乳液法制备纳米ZnO的方法与原理以及改变制备参数对ZnO粒径大小的影响.
With good physical and chemical properties, nano ZnO shows potential applications in many fields such as piezoelectric material, photoelectric material, sensors, ceramic material, catalytic material. Reverse micelle microemulsion method is a new liquid phase method to prepare nano particles. It shows advantages of simple process, good dispersion, controllable particle size, and decorative surface modification. In this paper microemulsion methods is discussed for the preparation of ZnO nano particles. Several aspects determining the particle size of ZnO particles are investigated.
