摘要
通过对两种液体混合机理的分析,从理论上解决了通过中间参数检测求浓溶液质量的可行性问题.提出了实现工业过程浓溶液大批量自动稀释的一种方案,并采用与计算机相配接的检测控制系统,实现了生产过程中的自动稀释,缩短了生产周期,并获得了理想的效果.
The parameter measurement problem is solved by analyzing mixture mechanism of two liquids while the liguid mass cannot be measured directly. And a new large scale automatic dilution system which can be used in industrial production process is discussed. With the measurement and control system based on computer system, automatic dilution is successfully realized in wine production process. And the production time is saved and the consequence is satisfactory.
