摘要
通过室内试验研究级配碎石材料的力学特性,对级配碎石加铺层结构进行荷载应力、温度应力及耦合应力分析,探讨设置级配碎石裂缝缓解层的加铺层结构设计方法;提出以设计弯沉值为厚度计算指标、沥青加铺层及半刚性补强层层底拉应力为验算指标的破碎板加铺层厚度计算方法;提出防止反射裂缝的级配碎石的施工方法及质量控制措施。
By means of mechanical properties of graded macadam studied by lab test, the paper analyzes the load stress,temp stress and coupling stress of structure of graded macadam additionally -paving layer, approaches the layout procedures for structure of additionally - paving layer setting up for traded macadam crack's relieving layer,puts forward the calculating methods for thickness of additionally -paving layer of fracture plate,which are as computational index of thickness with coefficient of deflection in design and as the checking computational index with bottom tension stresses of asphalt additionally - paving layer and semi - rigid strengthening layer, moreover poses the methods for graded macadam construction, that are averting the reflection crack.
