摘要
2008年1月中旬开始,湖南省出现了历史罕见的长时间低温雨雪冰冻灾害天气.根据雪火期间湖南的天气形势的变化,划分了从1月11日~2月3目为止的4次降水过程,对雪灾发生的短时天气系统的成因和长时间气候背景的形成进行了初步讨论.在天气学意义上,主要是持续阻高造成的高空环流形势稳定、冷空气的渗透性南下和副高、印缅槽的异常加强等异常环流形势造成了长时间的低温雨雪冰冻.而在气候学意义上,则可能是由于拉尼娜现象的增强及全球变暖等气候变化造成了异常的大气状况,诱发了这场雪灾.本次雪灾有4个特征:时间长,强度大,范围广,损失大.造成剧烈冰冻的原因既不仪仅是持续低温,也不仅仅是降水量高,而是二者的配合与相互影响.
From middle January, 2008, a rare snow disaster happened in Hunan. This article reviews the change of weather during that time, dividing the process of snowfall into 4 periods: Jan 11~Jan17, Jan 19~Jan 22, Jan 25~Jan 28, Jan 31~Feb 2. Based on methods of meteorology and climatology, it is discussed the cause of this snow disaster with these two different scales in this article. On a meteorological scale, the snow disaster was directly caused by stable upper air circulation, which is the result of a lasting blocking high, and strengthening subtropical high, India-Burma trough. On a climatologic scale, it may be caused by La Nina phenomenon and global warming, which may result in unusual circulation. The snow disaster is characteristic of: long continuance, high intensity, large scale, big loss. What caused the long lasted frost were neither mere low temperature nor mere high precipitation, but their simultaneous occurrence.
