光助Fenton法处理含酚废水反应器的研制与实验

摘要 光助Fenton氧化法处理含酚废水反应速度慢、透光性差,为了提高光源利用率和设备处理能力,降低废水处理成本,研制了一台适应性强、结构简单的小试实验光氧化反应器,该反应器满足实验要求.实验表明:反应体系扩散作用较强,对扰动要求不高,采用较高的流量、物料高速切向进入反应器、反应器筒体内壁设置筋片等措施可满足扰动要求;反应停留时间控制在3 min左右,紫外光有效作用深度达到50 mm以上,可取得较好处理效果;1 t废水光源耗能小于0.3度电. The treatment of phenol-containing wastewater by UV/Fenton oxidation process has several shortcomings, such as slow processes speed and poor transmittance. In order to improve UV-efficiency and equipment capacity, reduce cost, a small simple photo-oxidation reactor was developed which fitted the demands of experiment. The experiment show: the reaction system has stronger diffusion effect, low disturbance requirement by methods of high-rate flow, high-speed of material tangentially feeding, shell inner reinforcements. The reaction resident time is 3rain, the UV effective depth is above 50 mm. The electric energy consumption for the treatment of one ton of the wastewater is less than 3 kwh.
