摘要 为确保安全地拆除地处复杂环境中的高耸建筑物——砖烟囱,在正式爆破拆除前采用现有的数字技术和计算机科技对砖烟囱爆破拆除进行模拟,这一环节变得越来越必要。试着采用有限元软件LS-DYNA来模拟砖烟囱的爆破拆除倒塌过程。模拟了砖烟囱单向倒塌过程中倒塌倾角与历时的变化关系、倒塌触地长度随时间的变化情况、砖烟囱倒塌过程中的筒体应力分布等,且模拟结果与实际相吻合。通过模拟分析,可知砖烟囱在倒塌过程中的一些特有的变化过程,从而在设计中对某些细节问题加以重视。可见,对砖烟囱爆破拆除进行数值模拟,对具体工程具有一定的实际指导意义和帮助作用,同时对拆除爆破科学研究的发展也有一定的推动作用。 In order to ensure the safety of the surroundings of the, brick chimney to be demolished by blasting, it is very necessary to simulate the whole process of the collapse of brick chimney with numerical techniques and computer science before it is demolished. The simulation of the collapse of the brick chimney carried out with LS-DYNA, finite element analysis software ,is discussed in this paper. The relationship between the collapse angle and time ,the change of the collapse length and the strain distribution in the chimney body during the course of the collapse are simulated, the simulation results are very close to the realities. From the simulation and the analysis, some special collapse characters of brick chimney during the course of blasting demolition are disclosed, which is helpful for blasting engineers to pay attention to some small but important problems. It shows that the simulation is very valuable to actual brick chimney blasting demolition and the development of blasting science.
