摘要
高等学校工商管理类专业核心课程经济法课程与法学专业核心课程经济法在名称上完全相同,在内容上也有重叠和共通之处。但由于教学对象特点和人才培养目标的差异,两课程在专业课程体系中地位、课程内容、教学重点和教学方法等方面都存在区别。系统研究两课程的关系,有助于更好明确课程的各自特点,并围绕工商管理类专业经济法课程的特点,分析解决该课程当前在教学实践中存在的问题,完善和优化该课程建设。
The kernel curriculum of economic law for BBA and the kernel curriculum of economic law for BL have not only the completely same name but also a lot of content in common. While because of their own teaching object characteristics and the personnel training goals, they have much difference on the status in the major curriculum system, the content, teaching key, teaching methods, and so on. The systematical study on the two courses' relation is helpful to make the courses' respective characteristic and to solve the current problems which exist in the teaching practice and to improve and optimizes the curriculums construction.
