摘要
新一代产品几何技术规范(GPS)中所提出的测量不确定度评定的黑箱模型,为实现几何量测量不确定度的规范、快速评定提供了必要的理论基础。本文通过GPS黑箱模型与自动控制领域内黑箱模型的对比,深入阐述了GPS黑箱模型的概念、原理及运行方式,分析研究了GPS黑箱模型应用过程中的关键技术问题。并进一步以三坐标测量机测量圆度误差的测量不确定度概算为例,对黑箱模型的应用进行了实例分析。
Black box model for uncertainty estimation introduced by Geometrical Product Specification and Verification (GPS) provide the necessary knowledge grounds for specific and quick estimation of uncertainty in geometrical measurement . This paper explaining the concept of GPS black box model by contrast with the black box model in autocontrol field , systematically analyses the key technical problems for its application and finally illuminates its working mechanism with an example of CMM in uncertainty estimation.
