摘要
为了实现对重庆市轻轨轨道梁关键受力构件锚固螺杆的松动与失效等故障检测,对锚固螺杆的振动信号进行了经验模态分解的研究,建立了在役锚固螺杆健康状况检测系统。首先,求解出从试验台采集到的各锚固螺杆不同已知紧固力矩下振动信号的脉冲响应信号;其次,对其进行EMD分解,并将包含其主要信息量的第一、二本征模态的主频率、主峰幅度值、模态能量、模态几何平均值等特征进行提取,形成特征包,作为模式识别的判据;最后,将这种方法从试验锚固螺杆推广应用于现场锚固螺杆诊断。大量数据证明,该方法对锚固螺杆松动与失效故障的识别漏检率为0冤检率亦可控制在10%以下,因此可以作为锚固螺杆是否处于正常服役状态的依据。为轻轨锚固螺杆故障检测提供了新的诊断方法。
In order to implement diagnosis for Chongqing Light-rail's work field screws,a diagnosis measurement system is established and the algorithm based on the empirical mode decomposition(EMD) is studied.Firstly,each screw's vibration signal under different pretightening forcse is collected,then their impulse responses are calculated.Then,they are resolved with EMD.Some important features,such as,the first intrinsic mode function(IMF) and the second IMF's model frequencies,the modal displacement peak amplitude,modal energy and etc are extracted,from the vibration signals of tested screws,these features can be used as a kind of criteria in diagnosis of these work field screws.Finally,the measurement system based on EMD provides the result report of the corresponding screws.Experimental results indicate that the misclassification ratio is less than 10%.They also prove this method can meet the requirement of the measure system for diagnosis of Chongqing Light-rail's work field screws.
