摘要
水胀式锚杆又称水力膨胀锚杆,它由端套、挡圈、注液端、托盘等配件构成,系一种由外径大于锚孔孔径的无缝钢管加工制作成的双层凹形管状杆体。把该钢管放入锚杆孔后用高压水使其膨胀,在膨胀过程中,水胀式锚杆产生永久变形,锚杆管壁与锚杆孔的不规则孔壁完全贴合,由于沿整个锚杆全长产生了摩擦力和自锁力,从而加固了岩体。对XPM外加剂作用效应和水胀式锚杆的作用原理进行了阐述。结合试验成果,将掺XPM外加剂的喷射混凝土与水胀式锚杆的组合支护技术应用于某深埋、特长隧道施工中,取得了较好效果。
Water-expansive anchor bar is composed of end case,retaining ring,water injection end,bracket-tray,being a concave double-layer rod whose outer diameter is larger than anchor hole diameter,and made by seamless steel pipe.The steel pipe in the anchor bar hole will expanse under high pressure water,in the expansive process,the water-expansive anchor bar will deform permanently,the anchor bar pipe wall and irregular hole face will stick completely.Due to friction force along the whole anchor bar and self-locking force,the rock mass is reinforced.The effective of admixture XPM and the principle of water-expansive anchor bar are introduced.In the combination of test result,the united support technology of sprayed concrete mixed with XPM and water-expansive anchor-bar was applied to a deep and extra-long tunnel project and satisfactory effective was obtained.
