摘要
基于拓扑优化理论,以结构最大刚度为目标函数,采用ANSYS拓扑优化功能对三支臂弧形钢闸门进行了布置优化,得出了三支臂弧形钢闸门的合理结构布置形式。并结合实例对优化成果进行了静动力分析比较。结果显示,拓扑优化后的闸门结构,其强度、刚度及稳定性都有一定的提高,优于原始布置结构。此方法可以为水工钢闸门结构布置创新提供一定的参考。
Based on topology optimization theory and taking the maximum structure rigidity as objective function,and by using topology optimization function of ANSIS software,the optimization arrangement of arch steel gate with 3 arms is designed.The comparison and analysis of static and dynamic forces are conducted for practical case.The analysis and comparison results demonstrate that the strength,rigidity and stability of topology-optimized gate structure are all improved compared with original arrangement structure.The analysis approach can be referred for innovation arrangement of hydraulic steel gate structure.
