摘要
分析了邯钢CSP生产线摆式剪在生产过程中出现的剪切角度超调故障。根据设备运行及故障发生特点,认为环境温度过低是造成故障的主要原因。通过完善相关液压部分的保温措施,并在冬季对液压温度控制参数进行调整,故障得以控制,效果明显。
The failure of adjusting cutting angles of pendulum shear for CPS production line in Hansteel Group was analyzed in detail. In view of main reasons for failure, several corresponding measures and successful resolutions were put forward.
