摘要
血管重构是近年高血压病的研究热点之一,是引起高血压等血管疾病和循环功能紊乱的病理基础。肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)在高血压血管重构中起到非常重要的作用,它是由肾素、血管紧张素、血管紧张素转化酶等组成。现就RAS中各成分对高血压血管重构的影响进行综述。
Vascular remodehng, one of research hotspots on hypertension,is the pathological basis of vascular disease and circle function for hypertension. Renin-angiotensin system which is very important to vascular remedeling of hypertension is composed of renin,angiotension,and angiotensin converting enzyme. This article reviewed the effects of renin-angiotensin system on vascular remodeling of herpertion.
