摘要
从哲学诠释学的角度出发,翻译是可能存在统一的标准的。译者就好像是厨师,文本就好像是厨师将要加工的原料,译者的任务就象厨师一样需要对文本进行加工。得出的语读者满意的译著,帮助的语读者进行跨文化交流,这就是成功的译者,也是译者的责任。
From the viewpoint of hermeneutics, there could be a general translation standard. Besides, the paper argues that a translator plays a role of chef and the text is like the raw materials he is going to cook, and the duty of the translator is like that of the chef - to process the text and produce the translation that meets the need of the target reader, by which to facilitate the reader to conduct cross - cultural communication. All these are what a successful translator should do.
