摘要
根据单因素实验结果,选取萃取压力、萃取温度和CO2流速为优化参数,采用响应曲面法对超临界CO2萃取废次烟叶中烟碱工艺进行了优化。结果表明,萃取压力和CO2流速对烟碱萃取率的影响显著,且不存在交互作用;二次回归方程能较好预测废次烟叶中烟碱萃取率。优化后的萃取工艺条件为:萃取压力24 MPa、萃取温度55℃、CO2流速3.8 L.h-1、萃取时间3 h、每克烟末夹带剂用量为6 mL。
On the basis of single factor experimental results, extraction pressure,extraction temperature and CO2 flow rate were chosen as optimization parameters. The extraction technique of nicotine from waste tobacco leaves by supercritical CO2 was optimized adopting response surface methodology. Experimental results indicated that effects of extraction pressure and CO2 flow rate on nicotine extraction rate were significant,and interactions among three parameters did not existed. Quadratic regression equation could well predict nicotine extraction rate. Optimal extraction pressure, extraction temperature, CO2 flow rate, extraction time and dosage of entrainer per gram of tobacco powder were 24 MPa,55℃ ,3.8 L · h^-1 ,3 h,6 mL,respectively.
