摘要
苏云金芽孢杆菌是目前世界上研究最多、产量最大、应用范围最广的微生物杀虫剂,具有专一性强、对人畜无害、防治效果好、易生物降解及无残毒等优点。综述了苏云金芽孢杆菌伴孢晶体纯化的方法,包括等密度梯度离心法、液体双相分离法、等电点沉淀法、离子交换分离法、碱裂解法、高速离心法和生物物理法等。
Bacillus thuringiensis is a well known,most widely used and commercially successful bioinsecticide. It has high host-specific activity and effects,without killing non-target insects or hurting human being and animal. Furthermore, it can be degraded by microbe without any remain. In this paper, the purification methods of Bacillus thuringiensis parasporal crystal, including density gradient centrifugation method, liquid doublephase method, isoelectric point deposition, anion-exchange column, alkalinelysis, high-speed centrifugation and biophysics method, are discussed.
