摘要
目的探讨青春期安氏Ⅱ^1类错[牙合]畸形在拔除上颌第一双尖牙和下颌第二双尖牙矫治后硬组织X线影像变化。方法选择14例青春期安氏Ⅱ^1类错[牙合]病人上颌减数2个第一双尖牙,下颌减数第二双尖牙矫治前后X线头颅侧位片,对其进行测量、统计。结果正畸后,U1-SN、U1-NA角、U1-NA线距显著减小(t=2.831-8.730,P〈0.05),SNA角减小,SNB、L1-MP、L1-NB、L1-NB、MP-SN、MP-FH增大,但变化无统计学意义。结论安氏Ⅱ1类错[牙合]减数上颌第一双尖牙、下颌第二双尖牙主要通过内收上前牙,限制上颌骨的生长发育来改善前牙深覆、深覆盖,通过下颌第一磨牙前移纠正Ⅱ类磨牙关系。
Objective To study the changes of the hard tissue profile after extraction of the first bicuspid in maxillary and second bicuspid in mandible for adolescents with malocclusion. Methods Fourteen adolescents with class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion underwent extraction of first bicuspid in maxillary and second bicuspid in mandible. X-ray cephalometric analysis was done before and after the extraction. Results After extraction, length of U1-SN, U1-NA, U1-NA reduced significantly (t=2. 831- 8. 730,P〈0.05). SNA reduced, SNB, L1-MP, L1-NB, L1-NB, MP-SN and MP-FH increased, but the changes were not significant, compared with the data before extraction (P〉0.05). Conclusion Malocclusion of the adolescents can be corrected via extraction of first bicuspid in maxillary and second bicuspid in mandible.
