摘要
根据示范性高职院校建设的要求,针对高职院校科技管理模式的现状,提出了从培育科技团队、构建科技服务平台、建立科技管理评价机制等方面创新的科技管理模式,增强高职院校的综合实力。
According to the requirements of demonstrative higher vocational college construction, in view of the present science and technology management pattern in the colleges, this paper proposes a creative management pattern by means of nurturing science and technology team, constructing science and technology service platform, establishing science and technology management appraisal mechanism so as to enhance comprehensive strength of higher vocational colleges.
