摘要
随着法律解释在法理学研究中不断受到重视,其自身的含义也不断丰富和完善.总体而言,"法律解释"一词在不同的语境和视角中有着不同的含义.在学理中,法律解释是一种具有历史渊源的理论学说;在国家的权力制度中,法律解释则是一种重要的权力;在具体实践中,法律解释又是指导司法活动的一种方法.
Considered more and more important in legal theory, legal interpretation is improving accordingly. Generally speaking, legal interpretation has different meanings in different fields. In theory, it is a doctrine with long history. In the institution of the state, legal interpretation is an important power, and in the specified practice, legal interpretation is a basic method applicable to the judicial process.
