摘要
介绍了一种以AVR单片机ATMEGA16为核心而构成的电磁振动上料机控制器.首先介绍了控制器的整体结构、闭环工作原理,然后阐述了控制器信号的发生原理、单片机控制电路、驱动电路、检测反馈电路的结构,最后介绍了相关控制软件的流程.该控制器采用了SPWM技术,功能多,简单可靠,具有较高性价比.
This paper describes a controller of electromagnetic vibration feeder based on AVR microcontroller - ATMEGA16. After presenting the whole structure and the closed loop principle of work of controller,this paper describes generating principle of controller signal, structure of circuit of microcontroller,circuit of driving and circuit of detecting and feedback. Finally, it presents the flow of correlated control software. The application of SPWM technique,the characteristics of multi-function,simplicity and reliability make this controller have good quality but low price.
