摘要
通过对三门县海游港滩涂及两岸养殖塘的水产生物大量死亡原因的调查,发现工厂排污口废水超过排放标准且已经污染了渔业水域;运用气相色谱质谱法,在废水和渔业水域中检测到了工厂的原料和生产中间体;在生物体中检测到了相关污染物.废水及特征污染物对水产生物的急性毒性试验表明:废水已经影响水产生物的正常生长,并引起水产生物的死亡.综合分析结果表明,多家工厂排放的废水是造成海游港滩涂及两岸围塘养殖的水产生物死亡的原因.
Causes of mass death in hydrobiont in Haiyou harbor are probed, The water in sewage outlet and fishing zone are sampled separately. The results show waste water has exceeded discharge standard and entered fishing zone, Many unfavorable material and intermediate substances of factory in waste water and water for fisheries were detected by GC-MS method, and these unwanted ingredients are the pollutants absorbed by the hydrobiont body. The acute toxicity test shows that waste water can poison the hydrobiont to death. It concludes that the substances of several waste water turn out to be the leading killer of hydrobiont in intertidal zone and culture pond nearby Haiyou harbor,
